Pneumatic Stencil

Pneumatic SMT stencil’s four frames can be moved outwards and upwards simultaneously, forming even joint forces to tighten and fix the SMT stencil. With our innovative technology in which holes are drilled on stencil’s peripheries, stencil can be assembled and disassembled easily, quickly and repeatedly. SMT stencil’s tension-achieving system was granted with PRC SIPO’s patent right of utility models (Patent#: 201120191879.4). Its tension-achieving system is driven by compressed air, enabling SMT stencil’s whole processing area to achieve an ideal tension of 35-50N evenly. In case of specific requirement, a tension of more than 50N is also possible. After SMT stencil is fixed on frames, air source to drive the frames can be cut off immediately.
